On 29 Feb 2008 the brethren of Weyland Lodge, No. 6507, held their Ladies' Festival at the Southampton Park Hotel. It was hosted by the Worshipful Master, W. Bro Mick Foley, and his lovely wife Sandra.

During the festivities on the Saturday night a raffle was held in aid of the Alzheimers Society where a grand total of £604 was raised - Sandra lost her father to Alzheimers.
