The Association exists to establish a fund for the relief of Mark Master Masons and Royal Ark Mariners and their dependants in the Province of Oxfordshire who may be in necessitous circumstances.

The Almoner and Charity Steward of each Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodge in the Province serve on the Association Committee.
Requests for assistance may be directed to the Provincial Grand Almoner or to the Almoner of the Lodge of the distressed member.

Immediate grants are made for urgent relief, pending investigation for further assistance
