| Brethren. On behalf of the Provincial Grand Master may I thank you for your tremendous efforts in continuing to donate such magnificent sums to charity. I have shown some of the figures below so that you too can feel as pleased as I do and give yourselves a pat on the back. The 2011 Festival set us a challenge: To raise £1.2M in six years. At the end of April 2007 we have raised £529,215 for the 20-11 Festival in aid of the NMSF. Regular Newsletters are being published during the Festival to keep you informed of the progress of the Fund. A number of successful fundraising events have already taken place and more are planned. You have taken up the challenge and we now need to maintain the momentum. All of the figures stated below relate to the year ended 31/12/2006. |

| The Province was a major supporter of the New Oxford Children’s Hospital Campaign. The hospital opened in Jan 2007 and Oxfordshire masons donated a magnificent total. |
